| 25 | 25 | Counsel, to study social media platforms used by residents of the state 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | and report the findings to the joint standing committee of the General 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to energy and 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | technology. Such study shall include (1) a review of the state of 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | competition among any such social media platforms, (2) a review of 7 | |
| 30 | 30 | how such social media platforms treat advertisements for elections and 8 | |
| 31 | 31 | candidates for public office, and (3) recommendations regarding the 9 | |
