AN ACT CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THREAT
ASSESSMENT TEAMS AT SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-222m of the general statutes be amended to require 1
each local and regional board of education to establish a threat 2
assessment team at each school under the jurisdiction of such board, 3
and to authorize law enforcement officials and health c are 4
professionals to share confidential information for purposes related to 5
the responsibilities of the threat assessment team. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the safety and security of children and staff at schools.
