AN ACT REQUIRING A STUDY OF THE IMPACT OF AN
ELECTROMAGNETIC PULSE ON INFRASTRUCTURE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a study of the 1
impact of an electromagnetic pulse on infrastructure in the state. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To study the impact of an electromagnetic pulse on infrastructure in
the state.
