AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR THE PURCHASE
OF TWO AMBULANCES FOR THE TOWN OF SOMERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
seven hundred thousand dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used 4
by the Department of Administrative Services for the purpose of 5
providing a grant-in-aid to the town of Somers for the purchase of two 6
ambulances. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding for the purchase of two ambulances for the town
of Somers.
