AN ACT ALLOWING THE HOME CULTIVATION OF CANNABIS BY
CERTIFIED MARIJUANA PATIENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow certified medical 1
marijuana patients to cultivate cannabis at home. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To allow certified medical marijuana patients to cultivate cannabis at
home.
