AN ACT CONCERNING A LOW-INCOME FAMILY IMPACT
STATEMENT FOR PROPOSED LEGISLATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 2 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
preparation of an impact statement concerning how certain bills 2
impact low-income families that can be requested by a member of the 3
General Assembly. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To make government more family centered by creating an impact
statement on how certain legislation impacts low-income families.
