AN ACT CONCERNING THE FORM OF OATHS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 1-25 of the general statutes be amended to add "upon 1
penalty of perjury or false statement" to the oath for members of the 2
General Assembly, executive and judicial officers, notaries public, 3
electors, members and judge-advocate of a court-martial and polling 4
place officials. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To make the form of oaths consistent.
