23 | 23 | oversee an analysis determining to what extent individuals currently 2 | |
24 | 24 | or recently under state criminal justice supervision have longer stays in 3 | |
25 | 25 | correctional settings or are at high-risk of recidivism due to their 4 | |
26 | 26 | homelessness or health and behavioral health needs, to examine state 5 | |
27 | 27 | criminal justice, health and behavioral health and homelessness 6 | |
28 | 28 | datasets to identify individuals who could be successfully released and 7 | |
29 | 29 | reintegrated in the community through targeted interventions that 8 | |
30 | 30 | address housing, treatment, health and service needs, and to provide a 9 | |
31 | 31 | set of recommendations on ways that existing state resources could be 10 | |
