AN ACT CONCERNING SERIAL OFFENDERS OF DUI LAWS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 14 of the general statutes be amended to increase the 1
penalties for repeated driving under the influence offenses. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To strengthen driving under the influence laws for serial offenders.
