AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PAID FAMILY AND MEDICAL LEAVE
PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 31 of the general statutes be amended to establish a 1
program to provide employees paid family and medical leave in the 2
event of birth or adoption of a child, serious illness, or the serious 3
illness of a child, spouse or parent. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a paid family and medical leave program.
