AN ACT CONCERNING NON-ERISA PLANS AND QUALIFIED
DOMESTIC RELATIONS ORDERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow non-ERISA plans to 1
offer separate interest qualified domestic relations orders. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To allow for lifetime payments for a nonparticipating spouse, even if
the spouses are divorced.
