Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 34 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Comptroller to offer the partnership plan to small employers. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Comptroller to offer the partnership plan to small
employers.
