AN ACT CONCERNING MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE TRUCK WEIGHTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 248 of the general statutes be amended to increase the 1
maximum allowable truck weight to one hundred thousand pounds. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the maximum allowable truck weight to one hundred
thousand pounds.
