AN ACT EXPANDING THE COMMUNITY COMPANIONS PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 17a of the general statutes be amended to authorize the 1
Commissioner of Developmental Services, within available 2
appropriations, to expand the community companion home program. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To expand opportunities for persons with intellectual disability to live
in a family setting with other persons with intellectual disability.
