| 19 | 19 | | Section 1. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2019) The State Building Inspector 1 |

| 20 | 20 | | and the Codes and Standards Committee shall revise the State 2 |

| 21 | 21 | | Building Code to require that each newly constructed or substantially 3 |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | renovated public or commercial building that includes at least one 4 |

| 23 | 23 | | restroom that is open to the public provide on each floor level that is 5 |

| 24 | 24 | | open to the public (1) at least one safe, sanitary and convenient baby 6 |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | diaper changing table that is accessible to women and at least one safe, 7 |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | sanitary and convenient baby diaper changing table that is accessible 8 |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | to men, or (2) at least one safe, sanitary and convenient baby diaper 9 |

| 28 | 28 | | changing table that is accessible to both women and men. 10 |
