Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 1-2 of the general statutes be amended to permit 1
municipalities to publish legal notices on municipal or state Internet 2
web sites. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To permit municipalities to publish legal notices on municipal or state
Internet web sites.
