AN ACT CONCERNING A GRANT IN LIEU OF TAXES TO THE TOWN
OF VOLUNTOWN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-18b of the general statutes be amended to provide a 1
grant in lieu of taxes to the town of Voluntown equal to the total of one 2
hundred per cent of the property taxes that would have been paid with 3
respect to Pachaug State Park. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To provide a grant in lieu of taxes to the town of Voluntown equal to
the total of one hundred per cent of the property taxes that would have
been paid with respect to Pachaug State Park.
