Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to expand the bottle bill 1
requirements to include nip bottles and sports drinks. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the bottle bill requirements to include nip bottles and sports
drinks.
