ADOPTED OR RESCUED.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a warranty on cats 1
and dogs that are adopted or rescued. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To protect consumers who adopt or rescue at-risk pets.
