AN ACT PROHIBITING INQUIRIES REGARDING THE COUNTRY OF
ORIGIN OF PERSONS OF ASIAN DESCENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the state from 1
asking only persons of Asian decent regarding their country of origin. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To end discriminatory treatment of Asian communities.
