AN ACT RAISING THE MINIMUM AGE TO PURCHASE ELECTRONIC
NICOTINE DELIVERY SYSTEMS AND VAPOR PRODUCTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to raise the minimum age to 1
purchase electronic nicotine delivery systems and vapor products to 2
twenty-one. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To raise the minimum age to purchase electronic nicotine delivery
systems and vapor products from eighteen to twenty-one.
