AN ACT CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY OF PUBLIC RESTROOMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require any commercial or 1
retail establishment to have at least one functional restroom available 2
for public use. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To aid members of the public with access to a public restroom in any
commercial or retail establishment.
