AN ACT ALLOWING MEDICAL ASSISTANTS TO ADMINISTER
VACCINES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow medical assistants to 1
administer vaccines under the direct supervision and order of a 2
physician, physician assistant or advanced practice registered nurse. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow medical assistants to administer vaccines.
