AN ACT CONCERNING PERIODIC INSPECTIONS OF PUBLIC
TRANSPORT VEHICLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 14-163c of the general statutes be amended to require 1
public transport vehicles to meet the inspection requirements in said 2
section. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require public transport vehicles be inspected just as private
transport vehicles are inspected.
