AN ACT CONCERNING THE FUNDING FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF
SPECIAL EDUCATION COSTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 10-76g of the general statutes be amended to provide 1
the necessary funding for special education costs incurred by local and 2
regional boards of education. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide the necessary reimbursement for special education costs to
school districts.
