| 26 | 26 | that, of the five per cent of the voting districts of the state randomly 2 | |
| 27 | 27 | selected for audit, the Secretary of the State shall ensure that any 3 | |
| 28 | 28 | voting district in which the difference in votes between the candidates 4 | |
| 29 | 29 | for an office is below a certain threshold is included in such five per 5 | |
| 30 | 30 | cent, provided no voting district that has an office subject to a 6 | |
