AN ACT CONCERNING A RIGHT TO COUNSEL FOR IMMIGRANT CHILDREN. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to ensure that children of 1 immigrants are represented in issues regarding their well-being. 2 Statement of Purpose: To provide a right to counsel for immigrant children in issues regarding their well-being.
