AN ACT PROHIBITING GHOST GUNS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That titles 29 and 53a of the general statutes be amended to ensure 1
that the sale of firearms be in adherence with requirements that 2
firearms be marked with serial numbers and to close loopholes 3
contributing to the illegal possession of firearms. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that the sale of firearms be in adherence with requirements
that firearms be marked with serial numbers and to close loopholes
contributing to the illegal possession of firearms.
