AN ACT ESTABLISHING MINIMUM PER MILE AND PER MINUTE
EARNING RATES FOR RIDE SHARE DRIVERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That chapter 558 of the general statutes be amended to establish 1
minimum per mile and per minute earning rates for ride share drivers. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that ride share drivers receive the state minimum wage.
