1818 AN ACT CONCERNING PREDICTIVE SCHEDULING.
1919 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2020 Assembly convened:

2222 That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the employment 1
2323 practice of requiring an employee to call an employer prior to a 2
2424 scheduled shift to confirm that the employee is needed for the shift, 3
2525 and to require employers to give an employee at least twenty-four 4
2626 hours prior notice if the employee is not needed to work a scheduled 5
2727 shift. 6

2929 To increase stability for working families by allowing them to better
