AN ACT REQUIRING A STUDY OF THE EXPANSION OF CABLE AND
INTERNET PROVIDERS IN THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to require a study of 1
the expansion of cable and Internet providers in the state to create 2
more competition and choices for consumers. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require a study of the expansion of cable and Internet providers in
the state.
