AN ACT CONCERNING REPORTING REGARDING GAS
DISTRIBUTION INFRASTRUCTURE AND ADOPTION OF A
PREVAILING WAGE FOR NATURAL GAS DISTRIBUTION WORKERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Public Utilities 1
Regulatory Authority to increase reporting to the General Assembly 2
regarding gas distribution infrastructure, including information 3
regarding leaks, and to require the state to adopt a prevailing wage for 4
natural gas distribution workers. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority to increase
reporting to the General Assembly regarding gas distribution
infrastructure and to require the state to adopt a prevailing wage for
natural gas distribution workers.
