25 | 24 | | Section 1. (NEW) (Effective from passage) Each community antenna 1 |

26 | 25 | | television company and certified competitive video service provider, 2 |

27 | 26 | | as those terms are defined in section 16-1 of the general statutes, 3 |

28 | 27 | | operating in the state shall deliver to each of its subscribers any 4 |
---|
29 | 28 | | community access programming in the same format as the primary 5 |
---|
30 | 29 | | local broadcast signals each such subscriber receives, including, but 6 |
---|
31 | 30 | | not limited to, high definition format, provided (1) such community 7 |
---|
32 | 31 | | access programming is delivered to a community antenna television 8 |
---|
33 | 32 | | company or certified competitive video service provider in such 9 |
---|
34 | 33 | | format, and (2) this section shall not require a community antenna 10 |

35 | 34 | | television company or certified competitive video service provider to 11 |

36 | 35 | | upgrade the equipment of any community access programming 12 |
