AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION'S NINETY -DAY PERMIT
APPLICATION DETERMINATION REQUIREMENT AND THE STATE'S
SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
To amend the ninety-day permit turnaround requirement contained 1
in section 22a-6ee of the general statutes, to increase the number of 2
permits subject to such requirement and to adjust and possibly reduce 3
the state's solid waste management plan concerning recycling goals in 4
the state. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To amend the ninety-day permit determination requirement of the
Department of Energy and Environmental Protection and the state-
wide solid waste management plan for the state concerning recycling.
