AN ACT CONCERNING DISCLOSURES BY BUSINESSES THAT ONLY
ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require retail businesses 1
that only accept cash payments to post a disclosure sign. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To require retail businesses that only accept cash payments to post a
disclosure sign.
