AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONVEYANCE OF A PARCEL OF STATE
LAND TO THE TOWN OF BEACON FALLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the Department of Transportation be required to convey a 1
parcel of land located on North Main Street in the town of Beacon 2
Falls, to the town of Beacon Falls, for purposes of preserving the 3
historic Rimmon Schoolhouse. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for the preservation of the historic Rimmon Schoolhouse.
