AN ACT CONCERNING THE SOLVENCY OF THE UNEMPLOYMENT 
TRUST FUND. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That the general statutes be amended to update and reform 1 
unemployment compensation statutes to ensure that the 2 
Unemployment Trust Fund remains solvent in future years. 3 
Statement of Purpose:   
To ensure that the Unemployment Trust Fund remains solvent in 
future years.
