AN ACT CONCERNING NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS IN THE 
WORKPLACE. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That the general statutes be amended to place restrictions on 1 
workplace nondisclosure agreements to prohibit the silencing of 2 
victims in the workplace and to prevent sexual harassment by repeat 3 
offenders. 4 
Statement of Purpose:   
To prohibit the silencing of victims in the workplace and to prevent 
sexual harassment by repeat offenders.
