AN ACT CONCERNING WORKERS' COMPENSATION COVERAGE
FOR THE TREATMENT OF POST -TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER
FOR POLICE OFFICERS AND FIREFIGHTERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow police officers and 1
firefighters to use workers' compensation coverage for the treatment of 2
post-traumatic stress disorder. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow police officers and firefighters to use workers' compensation
coverage for the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder.
