AN ACT REQUIRING IDENTIFICATION FOR THE PURCHASE OF
VAPOR PRODUCTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 53-344b of the general statutes be amended to require 1
any person to present a driver's license or other photo identification 2
card to purchase or receive a vapor product and to require any seller 3
or seller's agent or employee to check the validity of a driver's license 4
or other photo identification card as a condition for selling, giving or 5
otherwise delivering a vapor product to any person. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To require photo identification for the purchase of vapor products.
