AN ACT INCREASING FUNDING FOR OPIOID ADDICTION
TREATMENT FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That additional funds be appropriated to the Department of 1
Correction and the Department of Mental Health and Addiction 2
Services, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 3
2020, for opioid addiction treatment facilities. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To combat the opioid epidemic and rehabilitate those who are
currently incarcerated.
