AN ACT CONCERNING SCHOOL NUTRITION STANDARDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 10-215d and 10-215e of the general statutes be 1
amended to require the State Board of Education to adopt and codify 2
the federal guidelines and regulations concerning school nutrition 3
promulgated under President Barack Obama. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To adopt and codify federal guidelines and regulations concerning
school nutrition promulgated during the Obama administration.
