AN ACT CONCERNING THE REGISTRATION OF MILITARY -
CONNECTED CHILDREN IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to require any form 1
used to register a minor in a public school to indicate on such form that 2
the minor is the child of a veteran or member of the armed forces. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require public school registration forms to indicate that a minor is a
military-connected child.
