AN ACT CONCERNING BREWERY SALES FOR ON -PREMISE OR
OFF-PREMISE CONSUMPTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 30-16 of the general statutes be amended to require 1
breweries to offer their products for on-premise sale and consumption 2
or for on-premise sale for off-premise consumption, but not both. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require breweries to choose between off-premise or on-premise sale
and consumption.
