| 26 | 26 | the sales tax, the addition of chronic pain as a qualifying condition, the 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | reduction in the annual medical marijuana patient fee to fifty dollars, 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | the elimination of the twenty-five-dollar registration fee for veterans 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | who have a primary caregiver and that the general statutes be 7 | |
