| 25 | 25 | That the general statutes be amended to provide that no land use 1 | |
| 26 | 26 | permit issued to an individual pursuant to section 8-3, 8-26c, 8-26g or 2 | |
| 27 | 27 | 22a-42a of the general statutes that relates to the same parcel of land 3 | |
| 28 | 28 | shall expire until the expiration date associated with the last of such 4 | |
| 29 | 29 | permits issued to such individual. 5 | |

| 31 | 31 | To provide that no land use permit issued to an individual pursuant to | |
| 32 | 32 | section 8-3, 8-26c, 8-26g or 22a-42a of the general statutes that relates to | |
| 33 | 33 | the same parcel of land shall expire until the expiration date associated | |
| 34 | 34 | with the last of such permits issued to such individual. |
