AN ACT CONCERNING THE PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF 
OPIOID USE DISORDER. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That the general statutes be amended to implement policies and 1 
programs concerning the prevention and treatment of opioid use 2 
disorder. 3 
Statement of Purpose:   
To prevent and combat opioid addiction in Connecticut.
