AN ACT CONCERNING MENTAL HEALTH PREVENTION AND
TREATMENT FOR CHILDREN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to expand mental health 1
prevention and treatment options for children. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent and treat mental illness in all children.
