2020 AN ACT REQUIRING A STUDY OF VETERANS' TAX ABATEM ENTS.
2121 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

2424 Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Commissioner of Veterans 1
2525 Affairs shall conduct a study of tax abatements available to veterans in 2
2626 this state to determine whether the amounts of such abatements 3
2727 should be increased. The commissioner shall report, in accordance 4
2828 with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, the findings 5
2929 of such study to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly 6
3030 having cognizance of matters relating to veterans' and military affairs 7
3131 on or before January 1, 2020. 8
3232 This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
