AN ACT CONCERNING UNITED STATES FLAG EMBLEMS ON 
CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS' MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATOR'S LICENSES. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That the general statutes be amended to allow an emblem of the 1 
United States flag to appear on the Connecticut motor vehicle 2 
operator's license of an individual who (1) served in the armed forces, 3 
and (2) is not a veteran, as defined in section 27-103 of the general 4 
statutes.  5 
Statement of Purpose:   
To allow a United States flag emblem to appear on certain individuals' 
motor vehicle operator's licenses.
